trying to change up my 9K

right now its 6MLs, 245XL, 6DHS, 2JJ

So..the engines I have to put in are either 275 or 295. both XLs. 295 requires ferro which I currently don't have on it.

all of them I can either do 4 JJ + 2DHS or 2JJ + 3DHS

so mainly are 4JJ that much better than 2JJ or am I better off with slightly more cooling

OR

do I just stick with the 245, drop a DHS and do 4JJs?

125k/hr is ok speed and was my standard go to engine for firestaters since forever but I'm starting to feel they need the speed to stay competitive at times now. I'm in a weird ELO spot right now.

1- Just use the XL 275 (or 280, it's the same weight, with better speed), it's far better for weight saving, and overall potential for the build (you're trading off too much for the 295 speed increase)

2- 2-4 JJs is great for the Firestarter. No need for more, but if you get more than 4, make sure you still have enough DHS to make the build stable.

EDIT: Here's a suggested build that uses FF (Kinda need it on the lights). You can even sahve off 2 points of armor from the head, and each leg, to slap an XL 290 instead of the 285. Otherwise, you have less than half a ton of free space that you don't use. You can also remove the external DHS, and put max JJs in it.
