What has changed? Looks like we got Community Warfare. I bought the original Clan pack, now we are at Clan pack 3? Still waiting for my game to update so I figured I might post and find out whats new and cool

I figure that as long as I give myself a week in between MWO Grindfests™, I'm able to return to MWO like a gambling junkie. I can only hope that they will tone the challenges down to the point where I can relax while playing instead of yelling at my monitor like a madman.

In all seriousness, the game is in a better place now than it was a year ago. CW, Clan waves 1 and 2, Resistance mechs, a few new maps, etc. Smaller changes like quirks for underperforming mechs have also given new life to mechs you'd otherwise never see.

I think I will have to skip the next challenge entirely. I am a hair's breadth away from uninstalling and asking for refunds.

also after a year break the game is totaly differnet alot of new mechs some op some not
and what realy sucks with heavy mechs u can't climb any littel rock on maps

Yeah, I have to agree its a different game.
Tried out Community Warfare..PUG solo...won the first 2 for some sick XP and C Bills. Then it was all downhill. Light rushes and PUGs against organized 12 mans. Seems fun though. Probably better with an organized group. All in all, its been cool so far. Cool enough to splurge on the Wave 3 Ebon Jaguar Pack.

Solo queue in Skirmish mode seems to be where I'll be spending a lot of my time again. At least there are 2 new maps to try out. Digging the Factory one and the Jungle one is cool, although harder to learn where to be when I need to. Nice to see some color in a map finally.

Give it a week or two and once you start seeing how bad off some elements of the game are, you'll probably be off on another year break.

I want to love the game. I try to not give up on it. But it's an annoying **** atm. Every time I think they are turning the corner on something, it's just more of the same. Lip service and little real progress.

Wow! The detail is amazing! You can even see one of the missiles on the top of the photo! I have never actually seen one of the missiles before.
