hiya,

Wonder if i am the only one that feels scammed by Pgi.
after resistance patch 2 i feel really being stolen of my money.

first the King Crab (one mech) second i not receive any of those promised items after release.
it really make me think 10 times before spending money on this again.
a painful lesson that game company's can't be trusted.
(they also rip me of bought textures)

I have my Modules. I have't checked the Paint or anything else yet.

Other people get all their stuff and if there is a mistake a polite email to support usually resolves it with apologies and often a free gift as compensation.

Currently there is some buggyness with the Resistance monthly modules, but they arent in the office yet to deal with that. They will soon Im sure.

Only the monthly rewards are currently delivered for Resistance, other stuff doesnt come until the 17th for the first two and another month after that for the second two.

Try contacting customer support, they'll investigate your claims and if you are truly missing something you purchased or need reimbursement, in my experience they'll amend it, and if you aren't owed whatever they'll explain why. Also they can be slow to respond so give them a few days.

As others have said, email support.

Everything appears right for me personally, and I suspect if you haven't received what you think you should have, there's something buggy going on.

In my time here (since 2012), I've had my share of random problems - some due to bugs, some due to my own ignorance. In every case, Support (support@mwomercs.com) has been absolutely fantastic. They've gotten back to me pretty quickly, and gone way out of their way to resolve issues whether I've been at fault or them.

If there's one thing with PGI I've never had a complaint about, it's their support.

I've heard that you still need to spend GXP to unlock the module is the skill tab, then your modules show up.

Cannot confirm as I didn't buy the package. But it seems like a logical programming error, mistakes happen.

Actually seems fixed now.
My locked module has been unlocked for free, I can even buy more of them without ever having spent the GXP.
Could have saved 30k GXP if I hadnt bought the other two already which would have been a great saving

May still be problems for some people with GXP less than the module unlock GXP or something, not sure.

The special camo is for the resistance mechs (of which the loyalty King Crab is not part of) and since you do not yet own said mechs you also do not own the camo that comes with them.

Your camo is unlocked for Catapult mech just fine, I see no MC requirement.

The Cicada isn't a Catapult...and you need to buy the camo unlock for it....

You do know that when you buy a camo pattern unlock it's ONLY for that specific type of mech right and doesn't unlock for all mechs. Sounds like you didn't know that.

You can buy one shot versions as well for cheaper, but they are only for a specific mech variant and not all variants of a chasis.

That is how camo's work. When you bought the permanent unlock it was for all Catapults not all chassis. You have to buy camo's for the different mechs. Color's on the other hand are unlocked for everything.

see market manipulation, i will never ever bought the Resistance pack the other mechs are total **** and worthless.
if i know this before handed. reason i will likely never ever buy something from Pgi again, to many strings attached.

Do you have any clue about how camo patterns works?

It was only a weekend bug. I have the target module today(and can use it) and i didn't buy it for gxp because its worthless

Permanent camo is per mech type chasis not all chasis.... All your cats should be able to use that camo if you purchase unlockable... One time, only one cat can use it and if you sell that cat you lose the camo... camo unlocks on the Cat can not be used on Hunchies, Locusts, Cicadas, etc....
