Might be these old eyes, but now it looks like you guys cannot attack either FRR or CGB, but you can be attacked by both. Start blowing up Russ' Twitter so he'll manually give you something!

W did it when we could not attack Laurent and we had to wait the patch a week later.. While he proposed himself a new target planet to do a test in the Marik/Steiner border..
