How many MWO players have thrown actual money away and not bothered messaging support over this?

That might make them a little lazy sure, but it doesn't excuse the obviously unethical nature of 10 times the price for less than the value.

So have you written your complaint to Support? Don't get us wrong, We understand you feel robbed, but you now know how it works.

Did you read the T&Cs? Because it really isn't theft, or fraud. Check 13.2 and 13.4 of the Terms of Use, which you are bound to by having made an account and clicking the "I agree" box.

Now if you want to contact support and give them some feedback on bad wording then that would be a great way of fixing things, including maybe getting back the MC that you claim you don't want but are awfully angry about.

Or you can rage on a forum. Whatever makes you happy.

i agree that the name "unlockable" needs to be changed it just so missleading.
