+30% velocity is a huge benefit.

Yes, sniper at range, not a fixed Anti tank-machinegun at range firing for 50% less heat. Its got a more reasonable amount at 11.25 heat for 10dmg and 30% more velocity.

Urbs was great art, just not very Urbie in proportions. Figured speaking up (since it's a passion mech for most who purchased it) BEFORE going to the modelers was the best time.
I think the modelers overall usually do pretty good. But the Ice Ferret was a pretty horrible translation, as was the Mad Dog, and then I saw the head and right arm on the Enforcer? If they are going to pre sell these packs based off Alex's wonderful art, I think it's within our right as consumers to ride their butt about staying true to it.

Yes, and we will see that 1300 is about the perfect balance of needing to aim and lead and still moving fast enough to be worth something. Then I would hope we see those types of quirks on the CERPPC for atleast the SMR and WHK.

Which is great in my book since that poor ballistic never got used.

It's a crap weapon that needed extreme quirks to be useful. Now it's a crap weapon again and people will use something else. Woohoo.

only reason PPCs are "too hot" is the minimum range.
10 PP-FLD damage, no minimum range, great long range, great projectile velocity and no ammo?
Sounds about right, yeah.
Heck if that was the K2's quirk sheet, I'd be in freaking hog heaven.

It'll still be a solid staple of my drop deck because it's projectile... laser hsr with my ping is still iffy... but we don't know what the Awesome 9M is getting quirkwise, it might pick up everything the Tbolt just lost... if so then you have 3 mechs (including Pather 10K) that still give huge ERPPC buffs, and I know my deck is gonna only get more "Thunder from Downunder" on yo asses!

I'd just like my true 15/15's back on my cERPPC's, I can keep the ghost heat, keep the speed nerf, I'd just like to have a second weapon that can do 15 FLD.... I mean the IS have two... and their two add up to 35 FLD....
