Meisoo, I can undestand you.... at least 10 days playing to farm those 10-12 millions c-biils to upgrade and arm theses 6 new mechs....
That will be utterly brutal. Imagine having to play a game for 10 days. Maybe even 10 in a row? WTF is PGI thinking... No one plays a game for more than 8 days now. Come on PGI, get a GD grip on the new gens gaming habits. 7-8 days per F2P tops and then they move on.
Need to collect em all in 6 days. Then that leaves 2 days to complain on the Forums about how it took 6 days to catch em all. Brutal I tell you. Just bloody brutal.

The weapons quirks are fine, but...
It needs massive acceleration quirks
it needs Massive deceleration quirks
it needs massive Turn quirks
it needs massive Jumpjet Quirks
It needs massive turn while jump jetting quirks.
I shouldn't be forced to put a 250 XL in it as it's only option to do anything.
This mech shouldn't be about speed.
This mech should be ALL about agility.
Speed is what other 35 ton mechs do, the panther should be nimble as a 3 legged ferret on meth.

Also more RA armor on every variant, and get rid of those useless +15% missile range and put that "quirk juice" into something useful...
The QUAD GLAZER!
I was running the PNT and ENF all night last night.
1x ERPPC with SRM 4 w/ ART. was a good build range mod on the SRM's and Cooldown on the ERPPC. (10K)
2x LL and 1x TAG was the 8Z i ran...did better then the 10K and i did not get the 3rd one DHS's yet.
2x UAC 5 and 1x Med Pulse Laser ENF 5P was pretty good, despite the low DMG his DPS is quite high. Ditch the 2 unnecessary DHS and put in more ammo before you do anything! Also i believer the R chassis has an XL with a case on the right torso?!? I dont know who makes these build but i dont think they even know how the game works.
1x LBX10 1x LL and 2x Med Lasers was my favorite build of the night, AUTO LBX10 is pretty good! and he ran cool with some JJ's. Cockpits are nice on both but i am seeing why they enlarged the glass on the ENF. Would have been a very, very cut down view like you had a hat on it that was too low and covered your face. Side views are kinda clogged but using CTRL and free looking or Track IR allows you to take use of the giant side windows.
and a little note to PGI....
You dont need 2 DHS when your heat efficiency is at 2 already and you have Ammo dependent weapons.
CASE is useless on IS XL mechs....
Please fix the PNT arms....when i put more then two lasers on it it makes the arm 3x as wide. Please put lasers on sides first....then bottom or top. Keeping he arm profile small on this mech is very, very important. Stop using your cookie cutter molds and over sized weapons and make some correctly scaled weapons.
Please fire whoever did these stock loadouts as they are a bane to you currently. Or teach them how to play the game and how to build mechs first.

Can you please explain how using that weapon is anyway near as good as using an ac10?
Unless you just sit back and wait for your team to do the damage, and then come in and mop up? (and even then the ac10 would be far better).

I really wish people would stop using this excuse for the horrific enforcer model. Please look at the atlas cockpit and then look at the griffins. The external size of the cockpit has no bearing on the interior.

Seeing it in-game, I actually think it looks pretty nice. Similar to a large Firestarter or a smaller Victor. The dome head could be a bit smaller but its nowhere near as bad as I originally expected and even the RA which looked tiny in the preview picture is decently sized (though maybe a tad small).
Opinions... you know.

Rather than having 8 JJs available (a complete waste IMO)... it should've gotten an engine cap increase from 250 to 265 or so. While it doesn't seem like much, it would compete better with the one-less hardpoint and giving it an ERPPC quirk that's just really limiting on build options based on hardpoints (SRMs or filling the other energy hardpoint? Your options suck from there onwards).
Essentially, it should've been given a Wolverine-6K type of engine cap increase (except in the case of the Wolverine, it's a complete joke).
Sometimes I wonder who honestly is responsible for the quirks.

The other one that I tried (the one with the energy heat quirk) with MPLs and SRM4s, and it worked pretty well.
The panthers didn't feel especially powerful but they're pretty durable as long as you don't overheat (always a problem for me). Much whining from the enemy team about 'just what we needed, more overpowered light mechs!'. Both of them seemed
to do more average damage per match than other light mechs, but for some reason when I played the ERPPC panther I lost every single time.
I also tried out the enforcer that starts with a non-XL engine (the XL engines were looted for the panthers) -- the AC10 one? I kept the AC10 and put in a bunch of small lasers. That might not be the best build.

To answer your first question
I never said it was ANYWHERE near being as good as an AC/10. Not even sure where you got that I said that. My exact words were..."AUTO LBX10 is PRETTY good."
I never stated it was better, worse or even on par because frankly it is no comparison they do two completely different things. One is Pin point one is spread so right there is where the comparison stops. Also it is not quirked for AC10 its quirked for LBX10's. I have yet to play with the other one which uses the AC/10.
To asnwer you second question...
How can you say the outside has no effect on the inside? On some it does on others it does not. I am also entitled to my opinion and I think the ENF looks great. You may think otherwise and I will support your ability to do so but to cut on me for my opinion shows me how immature you are.
Do you do the modeling for PGI? You seem to know way more then the ones I have asked about it...

For people with bad aim, the LBX is always better.

People forget that the AC10 is a faster firing, low heat PPC, albeit heavier and ammo dependent. It's a decent weapon hampered by high initial weight and crit space. The slow projectile however sucks past a few hundred meters, and it's hard to cap a light running at full speed. It also only has 450/900m effective range, fairly short. It's because of those issues that I typically prefer Gauss or AC5s, as does the majority of the community.
