Posting this here as its something i noticed on the wave-3 page.... And the mech isnt officially out yet =).

But... on the picture of the Ebon Jaguar:



It shows a Missle on the "Left Torso" and what looks like 2x Energy beams on the "Right Torso".

But.. if you look down at the stats you have:

LEFT ARM 1 Ballistic 2 Energy, 1 Ballistic 2 Energy 1 Ballistic, 1 Missile
LEFT TORSO 1 Energy, 1 Missile 3 Energy 2 Energy 1 Missile
RIGHT TORSO 1 Missile, 1 AMS 1 Ballistic 1 Energy 1 Missile
RIGHT ARM 1 Ballistic 2 Energy, 1 Ballistic 2 Energy 1 Ballistic, 1 Missile

The only Torso's with more than 1 energy on it, are the 'Left' Torso's.

Did one of those torso's get flipped? or did the concept artist fubar just a tiny bit? =)

The left Torso has an LRM-10, and the right torso has an SRM-2. What you're seeing is the SRM-2, not lasers. Note how the missile tubes for the SRM-2 don't look like the Medium Laser on the left Torso.

Thought it might have been an SRM... but then didnt think SRM's had a bit of an 'extended' barrel to them =).

Thats what threw me off.

It always bothered me that a lot of the art had four tubes on that shoulder, though.

Call me a perfectionist, but that does not look like an SRM 2 to me.


Still, I am also glad they are designing the Cauldron-Born off of the original art; I was afraid they might offset the cockpit like they did in MW4.

You're right! OMG it also has 10 medium lasers on its left torso WTF!!!!!!!

but seriously, compare the LRM missles with the SRM2s, they are the same.

I liked that offset cockpit from MW4 xD but i like this one too but anyways if u stare at the picture of the jag here and go to the look at the pic of the madcat from the mwo twitter page man they look so alike :X
