just to vent :

Got 7x in a row budkicked by a tousand ELRM's.... way to go... Mechwarrior ???

Its simple :
What do you need to win in Mechwarrior at about 8 out of 10 Games ?

4x ELRM boat
4x light, pref. with ECM
4x medium

The lights,mediums doesnt even matter...
As long you got your ELRM boats work together, the light scout a bit and the mediums to protect the ELRM boats : YOU WIN !

Nothing warrior...just sit still, and shoot your missiles

You should think that the mm soft would take the missile capacity into account. I more and more get the feeling that the mm soft is nothing but a simple random group creator.

How else can you explain an enemy with 5x ECM on one side and none on the other side ?

BWAAHHHAA I hate Mechwarrior.... thats why i'm going to play it again and again and again...

LRM's dont' have unlimited ammo. Find a rock or building to hide behind and tease them into wasting their ammo.

I think PGI should consider banning anyone who decides to encourage a player leaving a game.

First off your nobody and have no say who comes or goes.

Second your not helping and in fact your run counter to growing the game.

Just ban any of these so called players. They already prove how useless they are and they bring nothing to the table.

Why is it that when newer players come in here and complain that LRMs are OP and then get told by legions of people who have played for ages that they are in fact nothing of the sort and easy to avoid once you learn how (its really not hard), those new players tend to (and im not really talking about the OP here) just assume that the experienced people are wrong or lying?

They arent wrong and they arent lying, LRMs really are bad, and easy to avoid/counter. Thats not to say you cant do awesome damage with them in the pub queue, but when you do you are simply taking advantage of bad/new players. If there are no bad/new players you wont do jack most of the time.

LRMs seems like extinct in the games i'm playing... i stopped bringing my narcfox out simply because no LRM boat is around anymore.

All the others are just commenting on the first part of the post where i'm trashtalking...unfortunately most of the replys didnt pick-up the line where I say : work as a team and you win the game 8 out of 10

Whats also weird is that you are marked as a starter or newbie by the number of posts on this forum....
I play Mechwarrior since years. I still have somewhere Mechwarrior 2 .
Played MW, MW2, MW4 , MWLL and now MWO but post something like above and your a newbie.
