How about to bind Quirk to Mechs locations

if mech in RA has Quirk on PPC PPC Quirk will work only if PPC are in RA, if you put it in a different

At the same time a little Nerf all weapons

if the weapon is not in basic equipment, then it should work worse

Less rate or range or more heating and so on.
