The Kurita handbook is awesome. One of the reasons Battletech lasted like it has is there's a lot of lore to get into and you can use it to build some really complex, engaging and fun campaigns. There's a lot there and Kurita got a lot of love in the BT Lore department.

As to NKVA, I ran into all sorts of stuff while looting peoples lockers humbly helping tidy up while I was there. In addition to the NKVA recruitment post I noted here, I decrypted found a totally unsecured and clearly public domain NKVA training video involving NKVA marching music.
