Well, the forum seems a bit faster now anyway. Maybe the in game connection is starting to improve too...hopefully.

In a weird coinkydink, my ISP is also struggling with periodic internet slowdowns and outages since yesterday afternoon (it almost never has problems). Between the PGI netkinks and my local connection, I can barely access the forums much less the game.

Maybe the whole interwebz is being attacked by the international cheaters, hackers and trolls (ICHEAT) conspiracy!

Yea, something broke in Alberta yesterday. Affected us too, out on the Canadian east coast.

A moose must have been chewing on the fibre optic cables.

I kid...I kid, we all know Red Green took out the data line making a post hole digger out of an old floor polisher and 20 old garden sheers.

I just played one game before work, had a 3-4 second lag in turning my zoom on or off; sucked. I hope it's better tonight.

I agree last match was pretty Bad. PPC fires hits 4 seconds later hit registers.

Maybe one of the recently banned cheaters decided to repay PGI by coordinating a DDOS attack *shrug*

That's what I was thinking, I've observed a spike in DDOS attacks directed at Canada over the last week, but finding out the exact target without having your own telescope is pretty much impossible as the public attack maps don't show the exact target. If you're experiencing any connectivity issues you can log the time and wait for the attack lists to update, if the issues coincide with an attack you've probably found the cause.
Try this site www.digitalattackmap.com to learn about recent attacks.

HA! and iceland is responsible for WW2!

DDOS attacks are pretty cheap, at least the ones that have been happening recently are. Compared to what a lot of those players spent on this game and the hack tool sub it really is a drop in a bucket.
