hase anyone the same ore better a fix for it ?

present returnd status dxgi_error_device_removed this can happen for a number of reasons
*the underlying hardware is unstable (check voltages etc.) -check
*the display driver encountered a bad state (ensure driver are up to date with latest fixes) -check
*the game issued a bad d3d command causing the driver to enter a bad state (log an issue statin the exact steps that resulted in this error occuring) -i just play the game

Which R9 200 series are your running?
Have your overclocked it your end?
What PSU brand and wattage are you running?

I'd say, that your power supply is at its limits there.
  • R9 280x uses about 250 Watt
  • i5 uses 84 Watt
  • Mainboard uses about 25-80 Watt
  • Each Ram module about 2-6 Watt
  • Each HDD about 6-9Watt or SDD 0.5-3 Watt
  • DVD 10-30 Watt
  • Fan anything between 0.5 Watt to 8 Watts each
Check out another power supply.

Hopefully your graphics card didn't get damaged in the progress.

Bare in mind, that your PSU only has a 93.1% efficiency and you are running that system at about 92-95% of the power the PSU can deliver, over a longer time, that's not recommended.

Depending on game and load a 280X can consume up to near 300W, depending on brand they bounce between 250W-279W your CPU is 88W that's 367W before adding anything else

Your PSU, is an FSP manufactured unit (not great) and can only deliver 432W.
http://www.realhardt...os/Page1354.htm

432-367 =65W spare for all other components at full load.

The PSU can't support the full load, leading the game to crash.

Because DX9 puts the load on CPU rather than GPU, the GPU isn't as loaded and thus drawing less power would be my guess.

I'm 100% Sure it's a Power Supply Problem:
According to This: http://extreme.outer...culatorlite.jsp

and as other's Mentioned, your PSU is only a 432W

I'm not sure what part of the world you live, but I'll guess Germany or thereabouts, I'd recommend this PSU: https://de.pcpartpic...pply-p1650bbefx

Getting DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED regularly .... worst performing game by far ...

HUD uses a lot of CPU

.. anyway ...

No such errors with other 3D/DX11 games.

Is this a 700W PSU you have brought brand new?
What is it? You need to understand age; brand and 12V rail Amps all have an effect not just it's pure wattage rating (which most of the time isn't correct)

Although 700W should be plenty if it's not a junk brand PSU.
is there anything else you use in your system you forgot to mention; watercooling; etc etc

Another FSP unit (probably should have Brought the XFX unit)

672W output and sufficient Amps on the 12V multi rails.

Which brand and version of 280X ?
Try running the GPU fan at 100% all the time
Use DDU to uninstall the AMD drivers; re download a new copy (don't cheat) and reinstall the drivers.
