The time of day cycle details! Here's how it will work..
Once you go into the new River City map, it will pick a random time for the start of a match; so you will start with either dawn, day, dusk or night.
And within 15 minutes in-game you will see 6 hours of real-time.
Basically, if you get a dusk start, after a 15 minute in the match it will be night. Or if you start dawn, in 15 minute it will be day!

Oh and fun fact: if you go into training grounds with the new river city, you can sit through the full time cycle.

the lags, oh my those legs, WAY too fat. legs and pelvis will be theabsolute weakspot on this mech.

To be honest, i'm not a fan of how any of the Resistance 2 mechs (well at least the ones we've seen models for) are coming out. They just look.... off to me. The black knight especially. Derpy as all hell.

For the Crab... I'll just be glad if it's not bigger than the Nova.

I don't know. The perspective is quite skewed in the video.
I'll wait for the in-game screencaps before i decide how bad it is.

The Mauler in the background seems really good though. Not good enough for an a la carte purchase (but to be honest NOTHING is good enough to buy a la carte.)

looks ok so far.

tiny concern will be this weird backpack on his back. It's in the center so mostly rear CT by hitbox. A similar little issued device as the ADR has. Since it can grant the chance to shoot th rear CT from a 90degree sideangle.

Agreed, the model looks amazing but the backpack on the rear torso worries me. We'll probably have to be careful not to "overtwist".

Can we get some Wolfhound pics/videos?

@Cockpit monitors:
It is nice that those monitors are getting some attention, yet I do have concerns about the implementation:

I think it would be beneficial if the PGI artist would take a look into how real fighterplane and tank cockpit screens do work. The purpose of those screens is to provide clear and sorted information in a plain minimalistic way. MWO would benefit from an artwork that ties more to a simulator than an arcade game.

There is no Plane Icon Killboard in a F14 Fighter nor does a Leopard Panzer have flashing light cirlces in front of the driver.

So I am happy to hear that I can disable the current state monitor information and hope for a more mature implementation in the future.

Will we getting a sneak peek at the rescales at some point? I wanna see the gloriousness that is a Nova not Ebon Jaguar size.

Would love to see a timeline for those as well, but I wanna see the model more than anything.

EDIT: Nevermind, Russ spilled the beans on the Nova, but it would be cool to see more of the other rescales.
