Taking a break for a few days from MWO. I sense that tomorrows patch will bring out the crazies. I shall return when the dust settles. For now, I will resume my quests on Skyrim. I have to play that game in timed intervals or else I will start a quest and then a week goes by. Seriously, that game is a time hog! What games do you play to cool the heals?

I played Skyrim extensively but got burned out and didn't even finish the main quest, lol.

Nowadays it's either Diablo III or World of Warships.

EDIT: and Pillars of Eternity.

Skyrim would be one, though not recently, my character is level 60 something.. The Vikings in Attila: Total War, the game AI never lets you sleep and the Vikings can raid and sack pretty good so they are forced too. Sometimes Rise of Flight, the only flight sim that forced me to learn aerobatic maneuvers, if you don't do it right you die pretty fast.

For some reason I dusted-off my old copy of Shattered Union for Xbox... Yay for miniature tanks blowing up miniature LAVs! To be honest, though, it's only because my hard drive crashed and I can't play MWO...

Path of Exile upgrade is coming out on the 10th. They are adding deterministic lockstep mode, so you can finally trade desync for delay. Hardcore mode, here I come!

Planetside 2 when I want to shoot mans, WoT for my non-walking heavy metal fix, and Skyrim for sitting in dark corner of my room away from humanity.

My go to game is State of Decay, I love the survival FPS games, and this one has zombies, base management, skill trees, and community management.

I also want to finish Dragon Age inquisition, but I took such a long hiatus from this game that I am having a hard time getting back into it.

I also have a few turn-based strategy games on the back burner: Pillars of Eternity, Wasteland2, Dead State, (and of course these will all fall behind X-Com2 in November)

This fall I expect to be playing Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade (beta), Warhammer: Total War, Fallout 4, and Mad Max (which may become my vehicle simulator of choice).

I have a rotation of mostly old games that I cycle through as I get bored. When I bore of one, I then move on to the other until the cycle repeats itself...

MWO - Minecraft - TF2 - CnC3 - SC2 - HoTS - DoW - MW3 - MW4 - DE: HR

Right now I'm in the MWO/HoTS stage, though I'm really only in MWO right now because I "have" to grind my new cash robots.

My Cooldown games are:
WoT Xbox 360, because the Tanks feel like Tanks in that version of the game. The Sounds are better, they move sluggishly, and shots seem to bounce more (maybe less Gold Bullets?).
Neverwinter for those reminisce moments when I used to play WoW.
Or just picking a random game off the shelf for the Xbox because I have so many that I started and never finished (discount bins are my bane).

I have a problem with Skyrim... I constantly get sidetracked off the actual storyline missions by the eleventy billion dungeons you discover just by going behind a bush to take a crap before you bed down at camp for the night. I have never even gotten to the point of actually making a choice between the empire and the rebel guys because of all the sidetracking.

And don't say I don't have to explore all those holes in the ground. They're there! Of course they must be explored!

I'll patch up tomorrow and not play a drop of new River City at all.

Working as intended™.

Hey, I've got roughly 350 hours in Skyrim and I'm not anywhere near finishing the main quest.

Skyrim isn't (necessarily) about the main quest; none of the Elder Scrolls games are.

I want to be there to see the reaction from the new hero mechs.

I do hope they increase the drop rate for the new map though, although I don't think they did that for Viridian Bog. But whenever there's a new map, you have people disconnecting and joining new matches to play on the new map.

I don't. It's very predictable based on hardpoints (if you're aware of them).

This game is too predictable to not know what's the new trend after 1 day.

Minecraft is my go to non-action game. It's what I do when I'm too tired for MWO. When I'm up for action, then it's MWO all the way.

Occasionally there's also Bloons: Monkey City. I don't know why I love that game so much.

I build models.

Right now I'm waiting for this thing to stock. For obvious reasons.
