They wouldn't make it such that you can get Marauder/Warhammer if you buy the whole pack - The price point is too high, and their ala-carte shop would tank.
I think they'd definitely put it into ala-carte. Plenty of people are buying timbers ala-carte, and I think they're making a lot off it.
I think they'll release it like the clan wave I, with the popular mechs at the most expensive level, and everything being able to be bought ala-carte.

Joke's on PGI then. I want the Archer and Longbow the most, among the Macross bunch. Finally good sized LRM mechs with 30% C-Bill bonus!

why would they even worry or care about people calling them money grubbers? of course they are, they are a company in business to make money not a non-profit society......... i personally dont spend money on this particular game anymore, but i most definitely would buy the unseens once out for c-bills, rifleman and warhammer YES PLEASE
