Take a baseball bat, two good friends and some scuba gear. Look for a lake that is at least 2m deep. Use the scuba gear to get down to the ground. Let your first friend throw a baseball at you. Hit with your bat and miss. Your second friend (in the role of umpire) should now make the official diver hand-sign for a strike. There you go.
