I feel like there should be a benefit in either PSR increase or C-bills or both for killing mechs above your tier to award pilots for fighting above their ranking.
Additionally, the same might be good for killing mechs above your weight class, I.E. lights killing a med or heavy.

I also believe that you should get a bonus for solo killing a mech of a weight class above yours.
I've had matches where, as a medium I killed an assault, and got most damage dealt and solo kill. However, I cockpitted and didn't do too much damage. As a result, even though we won the match, my rank stayed the same and I got almost no C bills.
