Uav was getting locked onto with lrms.

Can't say that I've ever even seen someone attempt it, but I'm pretty sure I've never seen a streak equipped mech get the lock on feature when targeting.

New or just random luck that in all my spectating I've never witnessed it?

Seems much easier to lock on to UAVs in general. Perhaps a nerf to them because of the importance to infotech.

I've never seen a UAV being shot at with anything but lazors. Did they hit it?

No was about to fire and got autocannoned lol. Would have been interesting to see if it went down though.

You can bring down UAVs with LRMs. Needs some of them, cause not all will hit.
So i would think you can also streak them when in range.

Took me about three volleys of 3xLRM 5 to kill one.

And now a person wonders if you can tag + lrm UAVs on the current live servers? If nothing else just for curiosities sake.

Just thought about that and envisioned people narc'ing uavs and had a good laugh.

You can target UAVs - it's not easy, but it can be done. You have to have someone in range of the UAV to see it on the minimap (this usually happens when a UAV from each team are in proximity with each other). Never tried to lock it, but it should be possible.
