The blackjacks are now quite hardy...

I've got a new build for the 1-DC with 2 AC5 and 4SL with 4 tons of ammo

also the standard BJ-3 with 2PPCs and a couple mediums.

I'm assuming the 1X is also quite hardy now

I am not sure how hardy they were before, I only picked up my first BJ about a week ago. It was the BJ-1X. I figured if I liked that one I would get the mastery pack, but with the 50% off weekend I added the Arrow and 1(C) instead of the entire pack. Cheaper, but I am not sure if it is a better deal than the mastery pack. I may try out the BJ-3 in the near future also.

Sorry for digressing, let me get back on topic.

Playing the BJ-1X last night it did seem a bit more hardy, but it was difficult to tell since it seemed quite tanky for its size before. I do run mine with a STD engine though. Here is the build I use for my BJ-1X. A bit hot, but manageable if you don't alpha constantly.

As for the Arrow and 1(C) I do not have a point of reference, but they do seem quite tanky as well. And that is with XL's in them!
Here are my builds for the Arrow and 1(C). The 1(C) is almost stock. I think stock plays very well, but I wanted to add an extra JJ. I thought about going with 1 less ton of ammo and maxing out the JJs. That would be a crazy flier with an AC20!

I will add that I never thought much about BJ's in the past, but they are quite fun to play and seem to be decently competitive for their size. I wish I would have picked them up long ago they are so much fun. I highly recommend them.

This is how I roll my BJ-1X XL280. Fast, agile, fantastic alpha, and very heat manageable. I also run the coolshot 6 and 9x9 on it for if I'm in a brawl and can't disengage. I get more kills with this little ****. Highly recommended!

Not optimized. Upgrade to endo, XL295 and you can fit an extra DHS and go 6 kph faster.
