So, the HBK-IIC-C.

I wanted to keep the iconic dual UAC, but boy did I have to work for it. Here is the build I ended up with: http://mwo.smurfy-ne...2d5c675a45fd003

I've gone for a XL250, I've had to drop 2 of the lasers, a couple of heat sinks (not a big deal) and almost all the arm armor (also not a big deal). I feel like it's cheating using just the one JJ. It has always seemed like a min/max cheat to me. I'm not sure why my moral compass balks at this particular issue.

I actually really like the build but you can't carry in it. Or, I should say _I_ can't carry in it. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the build or re-make it into a mini-Hellbringer (Gauss, 4 ERML). Once I've done Basics on the others, I'll decide.
