Toggle Arm Lock Bound, Game Complains About Arm Lock Not Bound

Title is self-explanatory.

I prefer to use the Toggle Arm Lock, but I cannot launch Tutorials because of that because "Arm Lock" is not bound (the older option).

I know what the workaround is (having it bound), but that needs to be fixed.

I think this also indirectly affects the in game tutorial regarding arm lock as well.

It's set up like that so people don't launch the tutorial and be unable to complete it.

Eh, it's a minor issue - I mean really, how many people will use the tutorial after they've developed a preference?
