Scorch Camo Not As Expected

Its not just me right, the camo on this thing not only has only 1 color we can change but also doesn't really look like the concept... Thought for a little maybe, just maybe, they made a dynamic camo that changed with heat levels... nope that wasn't it, its just a bland and weak showing.

I'd be ok with the one channel if the scorch effect looked better. Right now it looks like it was a placeholder because the colors don't really have a good gradient not to mention the lack of vibrancy/contrast.

I'm with them on that, it look REALLY bad. Instead of having a mech with scorch edge we have a mech that has been sprayed with blue and brown. It look nothing like the concept art and have only one (!) color customization.

For a start, the blue part should have some sheen, the brown should be more redish and the transition from blue to brown then brown to the rest should be way smoother... it should just look like metal that has been burnt or, yaknow, YOUR CONCEPT ART !

Very odd too, because previous loyalty mech paint jobs proved they can do a decent iridescent/pearlescent painting with multiple color channels. I couldn't be more disappointed with the Scorch's livery.

****. I'm usually not one to get upset over little things like paint jobs, but that looks atrocious.

Yep, like the metallic texture on the shoulder and hip joints found on a lot of mechs. Change the color gradient as it gets closer to the "paint" wala.

Obviously more Qos than just that stuff but the current one is semi laughable , Anything would be better than that **** dinger of a paint job.

That's probably the worst camo they've ever made. Can`t believe that this is supposed to be the finished product and not just some very early design study...

Yeah I am very disappointed. 1 channel color unlocked? Really? I was expecting to be able to change all 3 colors for some really cool effects where the heat patterns are. Considering all the cool paint jobs most of the special edition and hero mechs are getting, this one looks like someone just got lazy.

The probably ran out of time and will have to deliver it later. The texture artist @PGI are actually not that bad.

Wow. Holy **** that's God-awful. What the hell, PGI? I can't believe I'm saying this about this company but I know you can do better than this.

I think that it is made even worse because the concept was so cool and I was really anticipating this skin to be better than the default.
