by that what I mean is we get a choice when we are going to redeem it because the premium time starts right away and is not bankable so it would be better if we have a choice when to redeem it.

You can control when you redeem by simply buying your pack(s) via the on-line store as a gift. When ready to redeem, just redeem the gift code.

Keep in mind that it has to be redeemed within the early adopter time window to apply for the early adopter rewards.
