Greetings Trothkin,

We are the Ebon Keshik. We are a recent addition to the Clan Wolf Touman yet our warriors have been fighting to further the vision of Kerensky across numerous battlefields amongst the corrupt Houses of the Inner Sphere as the Clans seek to reclaim Terra and forge the Star League anew. Coming together under the principle that it is our duty to promote the collective well-being of the Clans in their entirety, we strive to bring in pilots of all stripes and teach them the Way of the Clans as well as how to better themselves as warriors and comrades. We accomplish this by utilizing the vast experience that our warriors have gained through their trials as they’ve matured among the brutal conflicts of the Inner Sphere.

By promoting and nurturing an atmosphere of mutual respect and violent lethality we have created a unit that encompasses the natures of all the Clans. The patience of the Ghost Bear. The tenacity of the Jade Falcon. The savage ferocity of the Smoke Jaguar. And the cunning of the Wolf. All of these traits have inspired and aided us in numerous victories on the futuristic battlefields of the 31st Millennium.

Already we have initiated and succeeded in creating a Clan Training Program that encourages those warriors looking to become better pilots (as well as experienced veterans just looking for more coordinated game-play) to drop with the Ebon Keshik as we continue our push towards Terra. Check out our mission statement in regards to the Training Program here -> http://mwomercs.com/...aining-program/

We also possess a highly talented core of drop commanders with vast amounts of experience behind them. While we value effective pilots, coordinated strategy and teamwork is our bread and butter and we have used it to great effect against numerous foes. We encourage pilots looking to be a part of what we bring to Community Warfare to seek us out in game or through the forums. Within our ranks you will find a diverse and talented pool of warriors who are happy and willing to provide any and all kinds of information in regards to a variety of subjects from Mech builds, established strategies, to tactic discussions and more.

Currently we field a little over two Trinaries of warriors and have taken a more revolutionary step away from more traditionally organized Clan loyalist units. While we possess the positions of Khan and saKhan, their role is more one of oversight and providing our Touman with a general direction. This way we do not have the potential for future conflicts between cadres of senior commanders as the unit grows. Also, we promote the idea that units should be formed around warriors that inspire their comrades to follow them as they come to fight together and recognize their shared talents as a group. This in effect magnifies their lethality on the battlefield. These warriors then go on to form their own Stars and as the unit grows, more warriors will flock to a particular individual’s banner and that Star will transform into a Binary/Trinary and eventually a Cluster.

While we encourage warriors from all Clans and Units to drop with us, we do not expect everyone that fights with us on the battlefield to want to join the Ebon Keshik. We determine which warriors would best fit within our unit on an internal basis only after they have expressed a desire to join us so there is no pressure whatsoever if you simply are looking for a more coordinated and effective game-play experience.

We at the Ebon Keshik look forward to fighting alongside our fellow Clan brothers and sisters and encourage those players (and units) looking to work together to reach out to us in-game or through the forums. See you on the battlefield warriors!

We have come a long way in a short time due to the efforts of RG, JDsplice and Bjorn.

I look forward to seeing the unit move forward and all the new and veteran players coming on board to make EK the best it can be.

Hmm, liking your own post Tasker, poor form.

As said in our training post. I have been dropping with these guys for a long time and have gained a huge amount of skill due to their teachings. I am proud to be a member of the Ebon Keshik and look forward to dropping with more players and units as CW3 approaches.

Sorry Bjorn but you cannot be the Ebon Keshik. I like everything you are aiming to do but you will need a name change.

Good guys. Anyone who is a wolf loyalist should have a serious look at playing with them.

PGI does not allow units to have the same names as those in the lore so you can stay but you cannot be the Ebon Keshik unless that rule has changed.

I think I heard about them but I am not familiar with that particular Wolf unit. I guess the rules have been changed. Well I guess it is all good then. I wish you guys the best of luck.

The Unit Filter list doesn't show the Ebon Keshik name as being on it. We made sure of that when the name was chosen so there would not be any conflict with lore. Thanks for looking out though, we appreciate it o7

All name talk aside, We are still active within Clan wolf. With CW3 in full effect we have chosen to be a Clan Merc unit. Focused on Clan Wolf as it is our home Clan. We may pick up contracts with the other clans from time to time but will always return to wolf when we are no longer need in the other attack lanes. We will welcome all pilots to jump onto our teamspeak and drop with us. Only thing we ask is that you respect each other and follow the orders of whoever is commanding the drop. Lets all make wolf great again!
