I have a headset. I'm pretty sure I've set everything up correctly; I can hear other players when they talk; but I can't talk back to them. For some reason, my mic just won't work with this game. I know the issue isn't with the mic itself, because it works fine when I chat in other programs. Is there some specific setting I may have missed, or an extra button I need to be pressing? How do I get this darn thing to work?

Is it a USB mic? I've never managed to get a USB mic to work with MWO personally. Same general problem.

MWO uses push-to-talk, with the default button being the caps lock button. Push it down and talk. Also, if it picks you up you will see your name appear in the very bottom center of your screen.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Check your mic sensitivity. You may need to boost it in order for it to be detected in-game
