Does it work for you? It does not find anything for me (tried with the keyword "Archer" and "Tempest"), with a zero second query, it seems disabled.

Doesn't work for me either. Tried "Narc" "tag" "Hunchback" "Spider" nothing had any results.

Just use google. Start all searches with: MWO then whatever terms you need. First block of hits is 99% of the time forum threads and specific posts. Great at finding older stuff. Doesn't work as well for really recent posts. Still, better than nothing.

plenty going on right now, but we are all trying to organize like 10k matches, and without e-mails, well, forums is all we have , we really need this function back pretty please???

Use google. Add "site:mwomercs.com" to the end of your search query and you'll get just stuff from this site.

The forum's built-in search function is terrible even when it does work.

Also I'd like to report the bug, that forum posts seem to be ignored by PGI.
Suggestion: If post has been noticed, some senpai writes into the post, that it has been noticed.

Just so I can double like it double The site search function, when it was working, would show the oldest threads made, from 2013/etc, no way to sort it or prioritize what is being searched for.

Use google. Add "site:mwomercs.com" at the end of the search query gives you more function and is definitely quicker.

Yep I use Google either, but in some special cases Google didn't work, while the search function did
