Hello, title; my Dire Wolf's twin Gauss Rifles won't fire on either mouse button, no matter which of the two I map the weapon group to on said mouse.
As I'm unsure if this is a major glitch already known, or not, it's hard to tell how to proceed.
I don't have enough C-Bills to get more Gauss Rifles, however, if need be, I can use MC to get the C-Bills; the problem is, if there's an issue with all GR's, will this repeat?
I figure this is a known and problematic bug; still, I'd rather play than not, but, the issue remains here.

Just checking: are you familiar with the mechanic for using Gauss rifles?
You have to hold down the mouse button until they charge, then release to fire.

Yep; bar goes to full and then green, and I release while trying to be on target.
No ammo is expended, no shot seen going downrange.

Gauss also will not fire, won't even charge, if the weapon group is on chain fire.

Where do I turn that off, then? My two groups, split between Arms and Torso, typically have a rolling down highlight box around them; I think this might be on, and I have yet to figure out which command it is, under settings to turn it off as of yet.

If the boxes are rolling in the weapon group box, then it is on chain fire. Backspace is the default key to toggle a group between chain fire and group fire.

Thanks much; it seems to hit all three weapons though, sadly. I will test and likely have this resolved.
Thanks again, hope to stop wasting tonnage now.
