The Steel Dragoons is recruiting
We are a MechWarrior Online (mwomercs.com) Mercenary unit consisting of 30+'s, We have lives, wives, families, work, etc. and know that this is only a game and treat it as such. We do however work on unit coordination, tactics, and comm discipline while in combat. Our members bring a variety of different levels of play from casual to competitive.
Our unit is build from a merger of the Steel Crusader and the 286th Highlander Dragoons units.
As a Mature Unit we will not accept anyone under the age of 18 due to some adult language.

Code of Conduct
1. RESPECT. Be respectful on comms and in game to all unit members and other players.
2. KEEP IT CONSTRUCTIVE. No personal attacks.
3. IF YOU SAY YOU WILL DO SOMETHING. DO IT. Things come up, we know, real life comes first. Use the forums or teamSpeak if you cannot make it to something.
4. NO DRAMA. We don't want it here, so if you try to bring it here you will be booted.
5. SHOW YOUR ALLEGIANCE. We are a Mercenary company that will take contracts from the different Houses of the Inner Sphere. Our Allegiance will change but do not feel ashamed if you feel stronger to one house than another.
6. UNIT COLORS. We know that some people cannot afford to put money into a game, so those who can should wear our Unit Colors but we put no pressure on this whatsoever.
7. DROP WITH UNIT MEMBERS. We have no problem with people who want to pug drop. If you see Dragoons on, form groups and make some drops. We are a TEAM.
Please follow this basic set of rules that were taken directly from the Teamspeak server rules:
No racism, sexism, or derogatory comments towards other members/groups/guilds.
No spamming or harassment allowed.
Keep adult material to a minimum.
A healthy dose of common sense.
Please try to use your in-game name.
