I was in the middle of mastering my Atlas when this patch dropped and it was the first thing I noticed. I get this too. This is probably the wrong section for a bug that effects the entire game and not just the academy, though. But yeah, my atlas cockpit bobs twice in quick succession as if I've just taken two rapid steps and then stays still as if I am taking one huge stride and then suddenly two rapid steps again. It's pretty weird.

Perhaps the Atlas has joined the ministry of silly walks?

Yep, wrong section - not academy specific.
