And the thing said my credit card was rejected. But i just checked my bank account, and it says the 30 bucks got paid. What happened?

not sure whether it's your case or not, but in some situations you could have "authorized" but "rejected" transaction on credit card. Normally it means that you didn't pay anything, but your credit limit is decreased for 72-90 hours. Fun starts when you use virtual visa for such things. I have no experience on how this will be solved.

Hi OP, I had the same problem as you, $120 was deducted from my account despite the transaction being rejected at first.

After calling my bank and reviewing paypal, my money was returned within 24 hours.

On my second attempt I successfully purchased the pack.

Do not listen to that guy who told you that you've been robbed, he is full of it. This lag in refunds is normal, especially if transactions are done between multiple intermediaries like: credit card >to> paypal >to> transaction company PGI uses >to> PGI, so fear not.

If you still do not have your refund after 24 hours then I recommend you call your bank.
