Or they could give the normal Dragons the high-mounted arm and keep the elbowed version for the Grand Dragon.

but seeing how 20 ton mech seem to be the devil, according to P.G.I

Why not the Wasp/Stinger or the Flea

T1 tanks tend to be the present you get from wargamming net.

so why not mechs that P.G.I seem to hold in contempt

Not impossible, we did get Loyalty King Crab before the full release, but more likely loyalty 'Mechs would be variants of existing designs rather all new.

Jenner -7K (Samuli) - could be a hero mech, could be designated -7KS instead. With an LRM 15 in its standard loadout, it must have the missle hardpoint in a side torso, which would be new and different for Jenners.

TDR-7SE - Jump & ECM, Gauss rifle + 4 Med Pulse lasers. We currently have the TDR-5SE, I believe.
