What game are you trying to get into that takes longer than 4 minutes? Faction Warfare on a planet that nobody else is fighting over? Have you tried allowing all servers, north america, Asia Pacific, and Euro?

Its very common for some people to wait more than 4 minutes for a match. Depends on time of day and your (group) psr and mech weight class. The last time I played a match with someone in Singapore (probably at the time most of them play) it took over 13 minutes to find a match. He was group lead but I believe he had at least NA and AP selected. And when I was group lead I had them all and it took 6 minutes.
