I'm talking about the recent post regarding the upcoming changes to the PTS session.
I really like the post not for what they changed, not even that they listened to players' feedback (those are great too). It's actually because PGI put their time and effort to explain the thought process and the reasons why and how they are doing changes.
I plead you PGI, do this with all of the coming patch notes, put these big wall of texts explaining the why and hows you do and change things. It allows the players to better understand why these changes were necessary and remove speculations that lead to frustration (like why the QKD's structure was nerfed in the previous patch as an example)

So again - thank you very much for sharing with us and hearing the community's feedback! Greatly appreciated and I hope this will continue on with all of the next changes to the game.

I see you joined in 2012, but you do realize this is 2016 now right? I mean should it take 4 years to listen to the community?

Well, lots of people have been saying different stuff for 4 years. I usually take when people say the "community" they really mean themselves.

Past actions are a good indication of future performance. I'm skeptical.
