Also, the experienced comp teams, particularly when you aren't playing in the same division as them, have all been really good about scrims and helping newly formed teams to practice. You obviously need to be ready to suit their schedules as far as availability goes, but so long as you go there ready to listen and learn, and focus on details and incremental gains while you get your butts kicked, you will be SOOO much better for it.

I'm personally looking forward to it as a way to get in some tough practice and improve.

I don't mind having my butt handed to me in a match, just want to get better. We're registering guys on the MRBC site now. If I can get a handful more I'll be registering GBKP for season 8.

I think it's up to 9 or 10 teams at least look, that's two solid divisions.

NICE!

If we get 13 teams, then we will get a 3rd division which will be a great place for newer teams to "have-a-go-mate". There are quite a few WC and past MRBC teams (ARMD, TOG, COMA, KPKB, GBKP etc.) that have yet to sign up so I am hopeful of reaching this goal.

Signups close in 3 days so get on it!

Can't seem to find on the site what times matches are played between?

I believe that is the case, yeah. Dai was saying something about it.

But teams can move games to when it suits theM IIRC, so not a "major" issue and hopefully not like the PGI Tour, in that people are willing to work together for times/matches with a bit of consistency.

Teams work out a time, if both teams can not agree the default time is 21:00 AEST.

Feel free to PM if you have any questions, I will be a Ref this season again.

Live has the right of it. The default time is only used if both teams can't agree. It's going to be interesting on weeknights, since we're back to a 3 hour difference as of this weekend between East and West Coast, but we should all be good to manage if we're organised and proactive about contacting our opponents and working out with our teams when are good days/times.

Most all of the experienced comp teams have already got this down pat, but for the newer teams just starting out, getting this info early will save you a heap of hassle later on. :).

It'll be 11. Trying to max out our roster before joining the season. We had a lot of trouble with a small roster during the World's. Don't want a repeat of that.

We're well up for this though. Looks like it's going to be a good learning experience for the Unit.

You can add people to your MRBC roster at any time as long as they have not played for another team in the current season.

Is there a 12th team out there who is on the fence? Would be cool to get enough for 3 divisions running in APAC!
