CW seems like a good time and I'm looking for an IS unit. Usually I just PUG around and get mauled by the more organised teams. As much fun as that is, I'd really like to find a good group to drop with. I'm not looking for anything super competitive at all, as my schedule may not permit.
I live in the US and I'm usually online on a nightly basis, and throughout the weekends. I've got a fairly decently varied selection of chassis I can pick from, but most are heavies with the occasional assault. I'm fairly new and open to picking up other chassis and giving them a try if it would benefit the team.
Any help you could offer would definitely be appreciated.

Come try out for MercStar! We're always recruiting, and trying out new tricks and weapons and looking for more people to come join us!
We're one of the more involved units in Community Warfare-we also do pug matches, events, and we have damn good drop commanders with people who know what they're doing and play to win, and have fun.
We also do many other games like Heroes and Generals.

I recommend checking out the Marik community hub. We have multiple units, and a sizeable population of independent players who have no inclination to join a unit. You can check out the site at house-marik.com, and feel free to pop onto TS any time, the server address is housemarik.enjinvoice.com. We've got a great community, we're pretty laid-back, and our focus is on having fun.

You could give Midgard Incorporated a whirl.
We currently got 17 members a mixture of both US and EU players and group up a lot together or with the rest of the Marik community.
We are not competitive based only casual although winning is always a goal to strife for.
Our only requirements is knowing the English language and be respectable to everyone.
Which reminds me was there a meeting thingy last Saturday? Q_Q
