As soon as I saw the update I launched the PTS to try and do some testing, since by the time I got around to PTS4 it was already dead. Been waiting a good while now and I still haven't gotten a single match on the PTS5. Anyone actually doing testing, or just going to the testing grounds and seeing how long until they overheat?

Maybe if people showed up @ something like 10PM EST, I can show up and do private matches (pub queue of 4v4 be damned since it's not 12v12 (or 8v8 for that matter)).

I wish PGI would just create a universal chat channel that every one joins so that we can actually meet up with people and set up games without having to go either to the forums or the live server in order to meet people, add them to friends list, and then finally set up a match with some one.

Really wish we could just have a good chat system >.>

Also can't really judge that much in the testing grounds, need to experience death/kill players a few times and see how my mechs run against actual players before I judge on PTS5.

Well I'm on sitting in queu also if that makes you feel any better. Wanted to see how a 6 CERLL kodiak does now that you can fire 3 without triggering ED/GH.

Im in the same boat. Over the last 2 weeks I've attempted to play on PTS 3 times. After 2 hours of attempts each time, I gave up. ZERO matches.

Tonight I'm already an hour into "searching" and still not a single match. Prime time right now. F'ing glorious

Honestly, I don't think they can possibly be getting any real test results out of this. The number of matches has got to be extremely minimal at best.

It's pretty obvious they are balancing mostly based off people whining on the forums in regards to whatever they suggest.

I'd be less salty if I could actually participate in this "test".

Matter of fact, during the last major PTS, I spent all my free time during one weekend trying to play. I got ONE ... I say it again ... ONE darn match.

It's a joke.

They were doing dev drops earlier. Perhaps they could coordinate a time for them to do it on the PTS so we can actually test the changes.

The only time I have actually gotten matches in the PTS has been the first PTS after that I haven't been able to get a single match after hours. Why can't they just do an event for the PTS, it doesn't even have to be a big one, just a small cockpit item or something to get people on to play, since I honestly want to test this and give feedback.

Best to schedule with people. Most are running lobbies themselves and will not appear in the MM

as per this thread their are plenty of people who wan't or play the PTS, Since you can make lobbies, it's the go-to option

I didn't think anyone asked, but I'll stick around on Strana Mechty on TS starting as of this post for an hour. I may stay longer if people are around, but most likely I'll stop @ 11PM EST or whatever.

We can certainly set up some private lobbies for testing if you drop by.

I tried to get a match. Got 0 matches done.

Our balance overlord has won the day... increasing PTS apathy is how you get stuff done (and noone to check his handiwork).

I was kinda aware of that (messed Mcgral during some of that span of time).
