I'm getting bored only ever dropping solo so I'm looking or a few people t drop with occasionally.

What style do you like to play ? ( Range, BRAWL, PRESS W)

I don't play CW but wouldn't mind trying it. I exclusively drop in the solo QP queue.
I basically just play fairly meta builds. Brawl occasionally. Don't LURM very much at all and don't normally play at very long range. You know, just mid range meta. I don't play lights a lot either.

I'm not very serious, I am just utterly bored of the random behavior in Solo at this point.

It was a good change for me. You disappeared before I could thank you for the invite, live.

I don't think I can fix the problem. I get an MWO client crash quite often right when I drop into the map.

If you play full screen, change it to full window, live happy.

I had exact issues. Changed that, crash maybe once a month now.

I do play fullscreen. I'll try that. Would still prefer to play that way though.

Yeah windowed (fullscreen) still works exactly the same mate.

You can't tell the difference.

Switching to Windowed (Fullscreen) helped me a lot as well! (A couple years back, I had disconnect hell, but this fixed everything)

I use alt+enter to toggle between Windowed(fullscreen) to windowed(youtube lolz)

I did start playing windowed as well, and still alt tab around. But I just didn't like having the tiny bit of window showing.

Hit alt+enter... And it will imitate Full Screen

alt-tab or alt-enter is your friend in oceanic timezone, search times are real

You can not see the window if you are in full screen window mode.

full screen window mode is the best for long search times

You'll still get the odd one, but it'll be miles better.

Just don't alt tab in or out while the game is loading. Use alt enter while searching so you can alt tab in and out of the game quicker while searching. Then put it back to full screen once you are in the match and the MECH is starting up. Rarely crashes for me unless I alt tab while the game is loading.

Also when my game loads with a black screen but I have sound - ctrl alt del open task manager then alt tab back into the game usually fixes that problem.
