this is how ppc and gauss use to be, i for one would like to see this tried with the new ED system.
all PPCs had a speed of 2km/s with IS PPC having dmg drop off under 90m. gauss had a speed of 1200m/s with no charge up. Plz PGI restore things to how they should be!!

I want 2KM/s Gauss Rifles, and not all PPCs should have the same velocity
You can make an argument for the isERPPC, as it does nothing. You can make it go fast.

Dang, it has been that long since the Gauss Charge up and the PPC velocities being dropped...
