Well, another favorite childhood game is getting a remake. This time, Heavy Gears are coming.

For those who don't know what Heavy Gears are, think of them like small mechs that can walk or roll around (like they're skateboarding)

They usually hold 1 main-gun and a rocket launcher. Like in MWO, there are light/med/assault Gears.

Man, this is a new golden age for mech games and old gamers (wait, I'm just 26!?!) like myself!

Great googley moogley! I never played the first few heavy gears, but I have heard a lot about them from friends and they sounded pretty cool. I'd be happy to give this one a go.

I remember the first HG. It was awesome. I have a feeling that it wouldn't get much playtime cause all of its fans will be busy with MWO.

Yup, I had Heavy Gears 2 on my dad's computer (install file was 400mg which was huge back then). It was pretty much the best game in that year, I even remember the name of 2 possible wingmen cause they said it in such a funny way.
