Both smurfy and mechlab states that the champion version of 4G has 30% missile CD while regular version has only 15%. Fix this bug. Preferably by giving both 30% missile CD.

How many Missile Hardpoints does that one have? Something tells me a 30% Cooldown Boost would be way overpowered. Perhaps only give it 20%??? :huh:
