Here's an idea for another one of those kills/kmdd event on or around Thanksgiving. In some sports/circles/etc. a "Turkey" is what getting 3 of something is termed. So, rather than everyone hunting a specific mech, getting 3 kills/kmddd of the same chassis - whatever it is -over the course of the event could be considered a "turkey". Each "turkey" garnering 1 point. Prizes based on point totals. Note that in this situation, everyone is looking to kill/kmdd everything.
3 Atli: turkey
3 Commandos: turkey
3 Novas: turkey
3 Trebuchets: turkey
3 Whatevers: turkey
You get the idea.
