why not have a CW event were the loyalist get a better prize the mercs can get and is on part with clan stuff for CBILL wise.
aka give the IS an assault mech and the clans a medium/heavy so its balance not llike the last merc favored event when they got both mechs and loyalist got 1 and the IS guys still got screwed the most
