If you're just referring to the proportions of the forearm, the mini in the above picture is a good indication of what to expect.

I will go with Huntsman. It really has a very predatory look about it. I just wish the mech lived up to its looks.

I have to say Hunchback. All varients, however I much prefer the original 4J over the current remodeled missile box.

Urbanmech and commando are tied for second place.

The shadowhawk came out very well in both concept art and model.

As a whole I think the mechs suffer a lot in modeling with how wide they are. especially the thickness of the legs and hips.

Always loved the look of the marauders in game just bring a tear to my eye when I first bought em.
the marauder is probablyy favorite is mech in terms of appearance. My lance mates run them when I run my timber or whammies. Their good mechs, so having a couple around fills me with confidence.

For clans, timber wolf and kodiak are my faves.

say what you want about the gameplay, the bugs, the lack of promise, all the broken el cheapo mechanics amd all the other bs. this is still the best looking mech game. if it wasnt for the totally awesome art department this game would have gone boobs up long ago.

The Summoner has a very regal look to it.

The Huntsman also has a nice look about it.

Hard to tell which one is the coolest, the vast majority are amazing that it makes it very difficult to pick. However, I'd have to go with the Huntsman. Not only is it a powerfull and strong mech and love the way it handles but what I am really blown away by is how you guys turned it's ugly TRO art into a sexy machine.

I'm convinced that PGIs art department are wizards.

The most phallic one, taking the notion of e-peen to the next level.

In lore, are there any mechs with a hardpoint at the tip of the nosecone?

There should be. Would take the notion of a hardpoint to the next level.

I see Catapults getting posted but the lack of K2 pictures is pretty dissapointing. In remembrance of the old PPC barrels.

I hear you about the Mad Dog and its tiny laser arms (and the warhawk)
It's some thing I'd like to address, but I'm not sure it will happen, at least in the short term.

...

I think an artbook would be cool. or a TRO/Artbook cross? either way, I think it's a bit awkward to make one while still be pumping out new mech art at the same time. There'd be stuff missing!

3028 fan TRO?! no, I had not heard of this. I must go learn more!

...

Please sir! Can my Warhawks and Mad Dogs have some more sir! (arms) Posted Image

Even if it not soon, id love to see it!

And MWO/TRO Fan art?!?! Take my money! I need more nerd reading material for the coffee table!

My fav still to date...

The missiles are a bit more complicated, because how it should look has to accommodate how we can make it function.

Juodas, you know I wouldn't comment on something like mechcon stuff. You'll have to wait. But even so, I'm finishing up the Assassin right now (and will likely be streaming some weapon stuff later this week on twitch).

edit: oh, and I'm a fan of the Crab, and Marauder.....and also the Supernova. I feel awkward saying that though, because I made that last one, am really happy with how it turned out. Also you guys can't see it yet >_<

You might not be able to comment, confirm, or anything of that nature, but I can only salivate at the thought of what something like, say, the Stalking Spider, would look like with MWO design and modeling. Posted Image
