KFX-G
G Variant(3054)
RT- 1M..............1LRM10, LRM-Ammo..
LT- 1M...............1LRM10, LRM-Ammo..
RA- 2E...............1ER-LL, 1ER-ML.........
LA- 1ECM..........1ECM-System,............
i feel the KFX-G could really aid in Missile based builds as both Side-Torsos have Missile hard-points,
as they would Aid most Missile builds, as where the LA ECM would free up the RA for high mounted Gauss,

WHK-F
F Variant(3054)
CT- 1M................1LRM10, LRM-Ammo,...............
RT- 1B................1Ultra-AC2, TC1, ......................
RA- 1E 1M .........1ER-PPC, LRM20, LRM-Ammo..
LA- 1E ...............1ER-PPC, Ultra-AC2-Ammo,......
the WHK arms are amazing and offer great flexibility, its RT not so much, 1ASM<1M<2M, what about 1B?
i feel the RT 1Balistic hard-point will allow for better Ballistic builds on the WHK Frame,

All Use Tech already available in MWO,
so both can be Added to MWO without Tech having to Be Added,

Thoughts, Comments, Concerns?
Thanks,

(Warhawk lover here and excited that the latest patch made it borderline OP Posted Image):
Sure, every new omnipod helps, but what I would really like to see is being able to have JJs on it.
Or arms with 4E (or at least 3E 1B) or a side torso with an E.
I generally don't like ballistics, so an 1B RT would be moreless uninteresting for me.

Also, the WHKs biggest weakness is that its arms hardly shield the torso. My EXE feels twice as durable as a WHK.

well the WHK-V & WHK-X both have RT with (4JJ 1ECM(5tons),
but the V is Apocrypha from MW3: PM, and the X i think is Experimental,

I possibly will at a later date, if the game can still manage to keep me wanting to play

IIRC, in lore, all omnis can equip JJs, so a variant / pod with JJs would not break anything.
Mech Commander 1 has a WHK with JJs as well (and it's AWESOME :D).
Or a hero variant with JJs. I hoped for a WHK hero to have some, even wrote to support over a year ago (request got killed without answer, lol). I would have payed good money for that.

On second thought about the ballistic RT: if the hardpoint was rather high, then it would be interesting. However, it would look pretty ugly i guess and I suppose a WHK will never have a weapon over its "helmet" (btw: why did the launcher move from there to the arm?)

No. I would not because I do not support paywalling omni pods. It's the equivalent to saying new IS hero mechs will only be able to mount certain engines for the standard variants unless you buy the hero. Which obviously doesn't happen, but just imagine..

Point is, I don't support restricting people like that. I'd rather see pay for early access clan mechs only because the omni pods unlock for non heroes later while hero omni pods are never available for purchase.

Kitfox - G

I'm a Kitfox fan but I main a Nova. Lights needs some loving since the light queue is dead.
I don't think 6 M hardpoints on a Kitfox is OP since it doesn't have enough tonnage to do 6 SRM6, it barely has enough to do 4 SRM6. At best it will be a good lurmboat, something to think about since people keep making assault lurmboats maybe this will make them want to use light lurmboats instead.

Warhawk F 100 times yes. Favorite chassis in the game and would buy it immediately. Warhawk's biggest problem is it's side torso's you cannot do anything with. Personally would run dual gauss with 4-5 er med's.

I wouldn't mind the extra high-mounted missiles for SRMS. that will go well with Prime-RA and S-LA.

The side torso missiles on the G-Fox give me nostalgia for MW4's Uller that had this feature.

So yes for that one.

Kit Fox, no... but I've been championing the Warhawk-F since the Warhawk was first announced. That RT ballistic slot is a game-changer for that mech.

Yeah, sure would buy those. Two of my favorite clan mechs and they fill in some hardpoints/ makes things symmetrical etc that the current ones lack.

Yes, on the Kit Fox. I am pretty happy with the Mechs I own and not really interested in adding new ones to my stable. However, I would happily add additional variants of the ones that I currently own. The Kit Fox would be nice and I am hoping that the Hellbringer hero will be announced in two weeks.

For better or worse, the launcher has also been located in the arm regardless of where it has been depicted in the art.

the reason im suggesting these 2 variants,
1) all the tech they use is avalable in the Timeline, and in MWO,
2) both add something new and interesting to MWO,
2a) for the KFX, Missile STs which could give it some more build options,
2b) fir the WHK, RT Ballistic could add something to the WHKs RT as its only Missiles Right now,

So weird how people still keep looking at Sarna for what new variants can be added, when Paul is inventing new variants on his napkin every time they sell a new mechpack.

There's like 100 non-canon variants in the game by now. Who cares what Sarna says about Warhawk variants, at this point?
