Not sure if this is a mistake but logic would dictate something is wrong here.. the Raven 2X has armor quirks on the left arm meanwhile it has no weapons on that arm.. the arm weapons are on the right arm which has no armor quirks.
Is this working as intended?

Yes, the intention is for the arm without weapons to be used as a shield.
