OK, i have had this problem since the update I'm late... or lazy in reporting it. So the store doesn't work anymore, and I cannot bring up the web content in the bottom of the screen, I would hope that I don't have to reinstall. Also, im running off of steam. Any help would be great.

Yes and it was unsuccessful in fixing the problem, I'm hoping the next update fixes my problem.
