In 3 out of 3 matches last night, I couldn't connect to the EU gameserver.

After the map-voting screen, I got a black screen that eventually resolved to a "server connection lost" error screen.

To help me debug where the problem lies, could you please publish the IP addresses of the 3 regional servers. Then I can Tracert them etc and see where the problem lies.

I've had "general internet problems" last night, beeing unable to reach certain websites, getting through to others without problem. In light of that I'd say it probably was something outside PGI's control, affecting europe or parts of it.

I'm posting this here in case it helps other players.

I watched IP connections while loading the client and connecting to matches on the EU server. Here's what I saw...

My issues had stopped by the time I started this monitoring. However, based on the timing of the dropouts, I believe I was failing to connect to the two game servers listed above.

I'm back to being unable to connect to the gameservers in EU.

I get as far as the match loading screen (ie the screen which shows the map, game win conditions and playing tips... and then it just never connects.

After a looong time - after I believe the match has ended - I get 'lost connection to server' error message.

I can ping all the IP addresses that are being reported as associated with MWoclient.exe. So perhaps this is some kind of 'desync' issue between my client and the game server?

My ISP says there are no trunk route problems between where I am (Middle East) and Europe.

It's also happening on the NA server.

I connected to one match no problem.

Next match the game again got stuck trying to connect to the Match Loading screen, until the match presumably finished.

MWO is unplayable for me until this is fixed.
