Months ago I purchased the Hellbringer A La Carte, then later bought the whole Wave II package. The problem is that it didn't give me any more Hellbringers. Is this intended?

Just checking, it allows me to again purchase any of the other Wave II mechs A La Cart. Went through the whole process except for the actually finalizing the transaction. Seems the system was ready to take my credit card payment even though I'm guessing it may have not actually given any additional copies of those Wave II mechs.

Should I have put in a ticket or am I just missing something here?

If you can't obtain copies from a pack after buying a la carte or vice versa, that further diminishes my interest in opening my wallet (even more so).

Maybe things were headed in what i believed to be the right direction, wanted to support to game further and buy some more Ebons / EXEs / HBK IICs? PGI, you tellin' me not only will i not receive copies of the standard variants, but also the 30% C-Bill variant as well?

Guess i'm never going to treat myself to a Masakari pack, ever. Also, wait an eternity just to get a chance at another C-Bill bonus mech ("hero"). Such good business practice.

Ticket. I would 100% have expected you to have recieve a double dose of HBRs

Yes

And the main thing I wanted was another variant of the Prime with 30% C-Bill bonus, particularly with it being an Omni Mech.

Just to update this...

Last Saturday evening I finally sent PGI an email concerning this and to my surprise their rep, GM Patience, got back with me the very first following work day, Monday morning around 10:00 AM.

They offered me the choice of copies of all the Hellbringers and Storm Crows or anything else I could find in the store with a total value of $110.00.
Monday evening I opted for the 25,000 MC pack and the Hero Kit Fox, Purifier. these added up to exactly a $110 value. The very next morning, Tuesday, every was in my account.

Best and quickest customer support I have ever received from a gaming company!

A++++ Will buy from again!
