Allow pilots to keep firing jumpjets after the fuel bar depletes, but have it cost heat.

In return, after fuel bar depletes and jump jets were fired into heat, keep the reticule shake even after the jump jets stop firing until they hit the ground.

End result: People can surpass jump jet limit but will have a hard time aiming and can overheat themselves leading to hilarious mid-air tactical shutdowns.
